Brand Description

All products are distilled from potatoes grown on Don Thibodeau’s Green Thumb Farms in Fryeburg, ME in the fertile Mount Washington Valley of western Maine.  Blending and proofing water is sourced from the Cold River Aquifer at Green Thumb Farms.  First distillery in the Western Hemisphere to distill spirits from whole fresh potatoes.  Alcohol for all products is fermented, distilled, proofed, and bottled in-house.
