Grapes: A blend of Kerner, Bacchus and Riesling. “Spatlese” the grapes are left on the vines beyond ripeness minimizing the juice and concentrating the flavor.
Appellation: Rheinhessen, Germany. Q.m.P.
Notes: Fruity and mellow with notes of apricot, pear and minerals. It enters the palate smooth with noticeable honey, melon, apricot and citrus. Fresh and balanced. Each sip invites you to take another.
Food Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif. Perfect complement to poultry dishes and lighter pastas. Or pair with pastries and fresh fruit.
