Notes: Dense, garnet-flecked ruby.  Releases a rich medley of red currant, sweet spice, and pungent under brush.  Warm and rich in the moth, with expressive tannins and smooth hints of vanilla.

Food Pairing:  Grills and roasts, particularly of game birds and lamb, and aged cheeses.
